1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or booking services with Always Faithful Cleaning & Home Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer residential, commercial and REO cleaning, short-term rental (STR) turnover services, property management support, and related home services. Specific services, pricing, and scope of work will be agreed upon prior to service.

3. Booking & Scheduling

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• We reserve the right to adjust scheduling due to availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Clients must provide accurate property access details prior to service.

4. Payments & Fees

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payment through third party apps.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

• Recurring or contract services may be billed on a set schedule.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount.

6. Property Access & Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.

• If access is not available at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.

• Clients must disclose any hazards, damages, or special conditions prior to service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

• We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including re-cleaning if applicable.

• Refunds are issued at our discretion.

8. Damage & Liability

• We are insured; however, claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours.

• We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items not properly secured or disclosed

• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Use of Contractors

We may use trained employees or independent contractors to perform services. All personnel are expected to uphold our standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

10. Property Management & STR Services

For clients using short-term rental or property management services:

• We may coordinate cleanings, restocking, guest readiness, and basic property oversight.

• We are not responsible for guest behavior, bookings, or platform-related disputes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Inventory and supply management may incur additional charges.

11. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

• All content on this site is the property of Always Faithful Cleaning & Home Services and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Optional Add-Ons 

A. Supplies & Restocking (STR Clients)
We may provide restocking services (linens, toiletries, consumables). Costs will be billed separately or included in agreed service packages.

B. Photo/Documentation Clause
We may take before/after photos for quality control, damage reporting, or documentation purposes.

C. Biohazard / Excessive Cleaning Clause
Properties requiring excessive cleaning (bodily fluids, pests, hoarding, etc.) may incur additional fees or be declined.
